Mr Madlokovu Ngema breathed life, sweat and vigor into the formation of the company. Its growth became more evident when Mr Lwandile Lupondwana joined, a force that projected the company further. The company was up and moving but came a time where it needed an anchor, Mr Thulani Mabaso was the essential figure the company required. The family inherently grew as we welcomed Mr Sifiso Sikhondze who has steered the business through a positive inclination. All this growth couldn’t be complete without a young capable woman to hold it all together. This saw the addition of Ms Makaziwe Ngema whose purpose is that of radical transformation.

The formation of Rich Soil Group was that of passion and the demand of a reliable supplier that would deliver quality raw materials whilst assuring clients security in supply. Rich Soil Group since seized the opportunity with the intention of supplying raw materials to multinational companies across the continent.
